Renée Andrews was born and raised in Denver and have had many opportunities to explore Colorado. She currently attends the University of Denver as a psychology and Spanish major with minors in biology and business. Since her sophomore year in high school, the topic of rape and its effects on its survivors has been an intrigue. She has worked with and performed studies in psychology to address this issue in hopes to improve the psychology field and local resources available to survivors.
Alice Xu was born in the south part of China. She is studying abroad in the U.S. now at the University of Denver and majoring in finance. The first volunteer work she performed in the U.S. was in a homeless shelter. Since then, she started paying close attention to the homeless people and the shelters.
